I truly found solace and inspiration in freezing moments that convey emotions after watching how my parents captured every fleeting moment of my childhood and how much it has impacted my life today. Life is short and it deserves to be documented. That feeling of nostalgia you will get when looking through those printed photographs in the years to come with your loved ones is the reason I am so passionate about documentation.
Photographs are how your family will remember you, how individuals you have never met will view your story, how feelings of nostalgia will come back time and time again. I strive for the raw, real moments that reflect moments as they are. The "imperfections" that are one-of- a kind and make your story wildly different than the rest.
